A real first to the South West - a Raclette restaurant. Food is served to accommodate individual tastes on table-top grills. Cheese can be melted to your liking and served with meat, fish, poultry, potatoes and vegetables. Or try a hot rock, whereby ingredients and a hot stone are brought to your table, you add coarse salt and your meal is ready for you to cook to your own taste.
