* Children under 4 years stay free of charge, children 5 - 16 years are charged at £15.00 per night, includes breakfast
* Dinner is charged at the discounted rate of £15.00 per person, per night when booked at the time of making a reservation. Children under 4 eat free of charge, 5 - 11 years are charged half price, 12 years + are full price
Arrivals & Departures
We will do our best to have your room ready for your arrival from 2.00pm. Rooms are to be vacated by 10.00am unless alternative arrangements have been made.
Deposits
Bookings can generally be held for a period of 7 days, then a non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total booking is required. A booking is not confirmed until the deposit is paid and a receipt issued by the hotel. If you require an extras, account a credit card number or cash deposit of £100 must be given.
Cancellation Charges
The hotel strongly recommends that you take out holiday cancellation insurance, our cancellation charges are as follows, date of booking;
< 71 hours prior to arrival there will be no additional charge incurred
> 72 hours prior to arrival the first nights' accommodation will be charged
Should the hotel be able to re-let cancelled accommodation the hotel will waive the cancellation charges incurred.
Pets
The Grosvenor Hotel is now a dog friendly hotel. Well behaved dogs are welcome within designated areas of the hotel, at a charge of £8 per dog. Owners are responsible for any mess or damage caused.
Car Parking
There is ample free car parking for up to 50 cars
Televisions, Telephones & Wifi
All bedrooms have digital colour TV and direct dial telephones. Wifi is available in the public areas.
Sports & Leisure Facilities
The hotel has a sauna, spa bath, sun shower, gymnasium, indoor & outdoor heated swimming pools, pool & mini snooker tables, hairdressers & library.
