We aim to provide the most efficient, cost effective service whilst ensuring that we provide a safe working environment and minimising our environmental impacts. 
 
We recognise that our services, building, activities and resources will have an impact on our environment. We are therefore committed to reducing any negative impacts wherever possible and aim to enhance the environment in which we live and work. We have looked at our business and consider our main environmental impacts are as follows:

We will continuously strive to reduce our negative effects and improve our environmental performance wherever possible. In order to work towards this statement we will: 
 
• Meet all regulatory, legislative and other requirements relevant to our business activities. 
 
• Use materials wisely and consider their impact on the environment and seek the best environmental option where appropriate. 
 
• Reduce our energy consumption throughout the hotel operations 
 
• Lowering our water consumption by adopting water saving measures and best practice 
 
• Reduce our waste going to landfill by ensuring that all areas consider waste minimisation as well as increase our recycling rates 
 
• Making environmentally sound purchasing decisions by buying local produce when possible 
 
• Meeting the regulatory requirements relevant to our business. 
 
This commitment will be achieved through the raising employee awareness, engaging with our guests, suppliers and contractors, and incorporating these issues into the daily operation of our business. We will review our performance regularly in order to facilitate continual improvements.
