BREAD AND BUTTER PUDDING

Ingredients
24 EGGS
750G CASTER SUGAR
2400ML MILK
1200 CREAM
4 VANILLA PODS
SULTANAS
GRATED NUTMEG
2-3 LOAVES OF BREAD BUTTERED

METHOD

  1. Mix together the eggs and sugar.
  2. Heat the cream, milk and vanilla pods
  3. Pour over the egg mix
  4. Line a tray with the bread sprinkle over the sultanas and nutmeg add another layer of bread and pour the egg mix over
  5. Cook at 150c for 45mins or until no liquid remains
